Twitter says it has appointed permanent officials in India required under revised IT rules

The submission came a day after Minister of State for Electronics and Information Technology Rajeev Chandrasekhar told the Rajya Sabha that Twitter had not yet appointed a nodal contact person, while the other two positions had been filled on a “contingent basis”.
